	Mother Textiles Mills Ltd. (MTML) is one of the leading 100% export oriented Textile Mills of Bangladesh, incorporated as private Limited Company, was established at Chhota Gobindapur, Sreepur, Gazipur in July, 1992 and started its commercial production in January, 1994 with installed 14,816 spindles. In order to meet up the demand of export oriented Knit Garments and Knit Dyeing
Industries of the country, the company expanded its production capacity by installing further 25,200 Spindles with latest Indian/European Machineries in the existing mill premises in 1997 and another 4,800 Spindles (China) and 3,024 Spindles (India) has also been installed. In addition to the above, the Company also installed 19 Nos. Rotor machine having 4,064 rotors and started its commercial production in august 1998.MTML has also installed 7 Nos. Autocoro Machine having 2016 Rotors & 24 Friction Rotors in 2000. Now the total spindles/Rotors are fully engaged in production and producing various counts of Cotton Yarn to meet the export demand. The location of the Mill is suitable and convenient as it is located in the industrial area near EPZ at Savar, Dhaka having its Head Office at Sena Kalyan Bhaban,Motijheel, Dhaka and the Mill is only 50 Kilometers away from Dhaka City. The Mill is well communicated by highway road and it enjoys civic amenities such as Gas, electricity, water, telephone etc.
